Damaged product

Once you have received your delivery, inspect the product(s) and inform us within 5 days of delivery if anything is missing or has been damaged in transit. We kindly ask you to document the damages of the product and package, preferably in the presence of the carrier, so we can fairly process your recompense. We will refund part of the value of your order depending on the condition of the product or replace any item that arrives damaged. The original box for the product needs to be saved to be able to claim the product.

Undamaged product

If you do not wish to keep your product, you may return your non-damaged and unused nuee purchase in its original packaging within 100 days. Nuee will refund the value of the order within 30 days of the date the order was canceled, reduced by 15% of the value of the order to cover operational and administrative costs. The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning a non-damaged item.
